Bio
Colonel Marcia Quigley is the Deputy Director of the Coalition Warfare Program (CWP) in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment’s International Cooperation Office.  She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Engineering from North Carolina State University, a Master of Science Degree in Systems Engineering Management from Saint Mary’s University and a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling and Leadership from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.  Prior to leading the CWP, Colonel Quigley was commander of the 81st Mission Support Group, Keesler Air Force Base, MS where she was directed the base combat support, logistics, and service activities for 114,000 military, civilians, dependents, and retirees by leading more than 1,650 military, civilian, and contractor personnel.  In her current position, she leads a team collaboratively addressing strategic technology gaps for current and future missions, developing interoperability solutions for coalition operations, and developing and strengthening defense partnerships.
