Bio

Mr. Joel Lane is a Senior Analyst supporting the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment in the International Cooperation Office’s Coalition Warfare Program (CWP). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, a Master’s Degree from Central Michigan University in Administration, and a Master’s Degree from Air University’s Air Command and Staff College in Military Operational Art and Science.  He served in the U.S. Air Force for 34 years, specializing in intercontinental ballistic missile and space operations; and security cooperation.  Prior to supporting CWP, Mr. Lane was an active duty Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications Operations Officer in the Joint Staff’s National Military Command Center.  In his current position, he works to collaboratively address strategic technology gaps for current and future missions, develop interoperability solutions for coalition operations, and strengthen current defense partnerships and developing new relationships.
