Timisha Hall currently serves as the Branch Chief for Sustainment Support in the ARNG G3/5/7 Force Development Division at the Army National Guard (ARNG) Headquarters in Arlington, VA. The division formulates, develops, and coordinates the ARNG’s equipment modernization strategy through the Army Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) cycle, and manages the National Guard and Reserve Equipment Appropriation (NGREA). The Sustainment Support Branch manages the Logistics Portfolio which includes Tactical Wheeled Vehicles, Quartermaster Systems and Ordnance Programs.

Ms. Hall previously served as a Systems Integrator within the Sustainment Support Branch managing Light Tactical Wheeled Vehicles. She has also served in the ARNG G4 as an Item Manager for various sustainment systems.

Ms. Hall is an Army veteran and has earned a BA in English from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (2010) and an MBA from Stratford University (2013). Her awards include the Commanders Award for Civilian Service (2019) and the Civilian Service Commendation Medal (2021).
