LtCol Jose Colunga is the Product Manager (PdM) Vehicle Systems, Joint Program Office (JPO), Joint Light Tactical Vehicles (JLTV), Program Executive Office Combat Support and Combat Service Support (PEO CS & CSS). He has served as PdM from July 2020 to present day managing Cost, Schedule and Performance for Production and Fielding activities for the JLTV family of vehicles and JLTV Trailer. His professional acquisition service includes tours with Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), Marine Corps Rapid Capabilities Office, (MCRCO), Program Executive Office Land Systems Program Manager Advance Amphibious Assault (PM AAA) and Program Manager for Training Systems (PM TRASYS). He has served two combat tours in Operation Enduring Freedom and has over 26 years of military services as an enlisted Marine and Marine Officer. LtCol Colunga’s personal awards include Bronze Star Medal, Purple Heart Medal, Meritorious Service Medal with gold star in lieu of second award, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal with gold star in lieu of second award, Combat Action ribbon and Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal with bronze star in lieu of second award.
