Brian Gathright is the Vice President/General Manager of Ordnance Systems Inc. (OSI).  In this role since 2018 he is responsible for all aspects of operations of the Radford and Holston Army Ammunition Plants.  Prior to this role, Brian was the Vice President of Business Development at BAE Systems Australia responsible for leading major Army campaigns in Adelaide, Australia.

Brian has over 25 years’ experience leading large, armored vehicle, weapon system, and satellite mission system production and business development opportunities around the world.  Over his career Brian has delivered 2000+ Mine Resistant Ambushed Protected Vehicles, supported vehicles during operations in Iraq and Afghanistan, designed and implemented novel approaches to Global Positioning System signal monitoring, and pursued vehicle and weapon system business opportunities across Australia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, India and the United States.

Brian has advanced degrees in Aerospace Engineering, Political Science, and Business Administration.

Originally from Texas, Brian is married to his wife Ginny and has a 8 year old son, Jackson, and a 6 year old daughter, Lily.  Brian enjoys marathon running and mountaineering.
