Bio

With more than 35 years of experience in program management, source selection, information systems requirements and tools, and supply chain logistics, Bruce is one of LMI’s leading innovators and solution architects. He focuses on processes and technologies that cross organizational and functional boundaries to improve customer outcomes.

Bruce helped to establish the LMI Research Institute workshop program, which brings federal executives together with subject matter experts from industry and academia for cross-sector dialoague and exploration of new approaches to mission challenges.  

Prior to his fellow appointment, Bruce was manager and technical director of a logistics research and development program for the Defense Logistics Agency for 15 years. He continues to lead and participate in acquisition and logistics studies for the Department of Defense (DoD) and non-DoD federal agencies. 

Bruce holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
