Dr. Hachkowski is a seasoned executive with decades of experience with defense and commercial customers. A compassionate leader, he has led large-scale enterprises that deliver cutting-edge Airborne and Space ISR, Directed Energy, and commercial optical solutions that extend Moore’s Law and capture signs of sentinel life beyond our Solar System.

Dr. Hachkowski earned his SB from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Aeronautics and Astronautics. As a NASA Graduate Fellow, he received his MSc and Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Also, Dr. Hachkowski has several patents and published design strategies for segmented deployable telescopes, persistent surveillance ISR missions, and laser fusion systems. Winner of multiple industry-wide awards, including NASA’s Group Achievement Award, Aviation Week’s 2010 ISR Product of the Year, and Program Management Institutes’ Project of the Year, Dr. Hachkowski is a passionate leader in leading cutting-edge enterprises that deliver market-moving high-tech solutions.
