Thomas Gould is vice president, Global Business Development, for L3Harris Technologies. In this position, he supports company-wide business development and marketing efforts, with the Department of the Air Force. Prior to this, Gould served in the same role within Harris Corporation.

Gould joined Harris in 2016 and was responsible for aligning Harris’ mid-tolong term marketing efforts with Air Force requirements and priorities. Before joining Harris, he served as vice president of Marketing for Strategic Programs at DynCorp International.

Gould served 31 years in the U.S. Air Force, as an engineer and then F-16 pilot with over 2500 flight hours, and operational tours in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

During his career, Gould served in a variety of leadership and command positions attaining the rank of Brigadier General and culminating as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations at NATO’s Allied Air Command. Gould holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the State University of New York; a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Troy State University; and a Masters in Strategic Studies from Air War College.

Gould is an active member of the Air Force Association (AFA), National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), and Military Officers Association of America (MOAA).
