Attendee Information

ATTIRE

Appropriate dress for the conference is business casual attire for civilians and Class B or uniform of the day for military personnel.

ID BADGE

During conference registration, each attendee will be issued a conference badge. Please be prepared to present a valid picture ID. Badges must be worn at all conference functions.

TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING

 Parking is available on-site at a discounted rate of $15/day. 

  • Overnight Hotel Guest: Bill to the room & will see the discounted fee of $15 on folio.
  • Non-Stay Over: Go to the front desk and pay the $15 parking fee to get the pass validated before leaving the garage.

METRO

Pentagon City Metro Station is less than a mile away. There will be complimentary shuttle service from Pentagon City Metro Station from 5 AM to 12:15 AM.

AIRPORT

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport - DCA is less than 3 miles away. There will be complimentary shuttle service available from the airport from 5 AM to 11:15 PM.
