This award recognizes an individual, who has gone above and beyond, by demonstrating outstanding leadership, strategic impact, and significant contribution to the Systems Engineering Division's overall goal and tactical progression while reflecting NDIA's mission and vision from the volunteer community.

Nominee Information

 

The evaluation criteria:

  • Support of NDIA and the NDIA SE Division:
    • Active participation in NDIA Systems Engineering Division committees over a period of years
    • Active participation in NDIA Systems Engineering Division Leadership over a period of years
    • Engagement with NDIA leadership on behalf of the Systems Engineering Division
    • Enhancing the reputation of the NDIA Systems Engineering Division
  • Support of the advancement of Systems Engineering as a discipline in DoD:
    • Practical application of systems engineering principles
    • Promotion of robust systems engineering principles
    • Effective systems engineering process development
    • Demonstrated cost savings
    • Increased mission capabilities
    • Substantially increased performance
