Since being overhauled in 2015 to include all clauses in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and NASA Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (NFS), this publication has been revised multiple times by Rear Admiral Richard "Dick" Ginman, USN (Ret), former Director of Defense Procurement and Acquisition Policy.
