Registration has closed due to capacity constraints.
Registration is open to NDIA Members Only and is limited to 100 attendees.
The registration process for this meeting will include two steps. First, individuals should register via the NDIA registration page. Once completed, registrants will than need to choose which breakout session they would like to attend via Sign-Up Genius. You only need to signup for 1 Q&A session.
Before the meeting, you will receive an email with details on how to log in to both the Thursday morning session and the Q&A Session of your choice.
This workshop will not be recorded and/or distributed at a later time.
Q&A SESSIONS
Q&A Session provide attendees an opportunity to ask questions and discuss the topics presented in the Thursday morning session as questions will not be taken during the Thursday morning session. To allow maximum opportunity for discussion, Q&A sessions are limited to 20 attendees and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. After you have registered, please go to Sign-Up Genius and choose a preferred Q&A session. The schedule of Q&A sessions can be found below. All times are in EDT.

Contractors do not qualify for Government rate and must register as Industry. A valid government or military employee email is required at time of registration and employee ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Non-US or Allied Governments may attend under government registration.
Registration cost is complimentary and DOES NOT include meals. To add meals, register for meal plan option. Contractors do not qualify for free registration and must register as Industry. Academia registration is for full-time students or professors at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Adjunct professors or part-time students are not eligible.
Companies with defense-related annual revenue of $10 million or less qualify.
During the registration process, please select if you are a government or industry speaker.

CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTIONS
Cancellations received by September 3, 2021, will receive a refund minus a $10 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after September 3, 2021. Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to kheard@NDIA.org.
HARRASSMENT POLICY
The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment. NDIA’s Event Code of Conduct applies to all National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women In Defense (WID) meeting-related events, whether in person at public or private facilities, online, or during virtual events.
