Bio

Mr. Peter R. O’Donnell is a weapon system security subject matter expert working with Department of Defense (DoD) Acquisition Programs to protect their Critical Program Information, Components and Functions for over 12 years. Prior to his current efforts, he worked five+ years for the National Security Agency (NSA). Mr. O’Donnell serves as the Army’s Lead Technical Agent for Anti-Tamper (AT), as well as the Army’s Hardware Assurance lead. Within the DEVCOM Aviation & Missile Center located at the Redstone Arsenal, he serves as the Chief of the Protective Technologies Division, which is also the Army’s Hardware Assurance Joint Federated Assurance Center (JFAC) Laboratory. The missions he supports are essential in protecting the warfighter, ensuring their capability, and maintaining technology superiority on the battlefield. Mr. O'Donnell holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Mississippi State University, and a MS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
