Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The Industrial Committee of Ammunition Producers (ICAP) planning team continues to monitor the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation as the health of our event participants, members, and partners remains our top priority. We are committed to following the guidelines and precautions as outlined by the Attendees can expect to see the following at NDIA events:

  • PROOF OF VACCINATION: All attendees will be required to provide proof of vaccination. 
  • MASKS: Attendees will be required to wear a face mask at all times, except when actively eating or drinking, in accordance with the District of Columbia's mask mandate. Where applicable, face masks must be worn to cover from the top of the nose to the bottom of the chin. Attendees should keep their masks conservative, professional, and in keeping with dignity and respect. Face coverings with demeaning or derogatory logos, profanity, offensive script or imagery, or political dissent are not authorized. 
  • WAIVER: All registrants are required to sign the COVID-19 waiver during the online registration process. Attendees may disclose their vaccination status at the time of signing.
