Will NDIA require attendees to sign a conference waiver to attend the conference?
Yes, all registrants are required to sign the COVID-19 waiver during the online registration process.

Will proof of vaccination be required?
As of November 1, 2022, NDIA will no longer require proof of vaccination status or negative test result in order to attend a NDIA in-person meeting, conference or event. Mask-wearing at NDIA meetings and events will be optional.

NDIA expects attendees to take the responsibility to follow the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on measures to reduce infection from COVID-19 and to protect against severe complications.  The CDC recommends that everyone over age 12 receive the updated bivalent vaccine as soon as they are eligible to do so.  For more information, please review the guidelines at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/stay-up-to-date.html.  Attendees who are not feeling well are asked to take an at-home COVID-19 rapid antigen test before traveling to a NDIA meeting and should not attend if they test positive or have symptoms of COVID-19.  NDIA asks all attendees to act responsibly and with consideration for the health and safety of others.

NDIA reserves the right to adjust these guidelines, as necessary.

Note: This is subject to change as guidelines are updated.
