Online registration for the 9th Annual IAMD Symposium and the SLAAD Division Meeting will close Monday, July 9th.  You may register onsite for the 9th Annual IAMD Symposium on June 12th beginning at 7:00 am. All Attendees must submit a visit request via JPAS to SMO Code 888984 in addition to registering.

Your paid registration to the 9th Annual IAMD Symposium includes:

  • All day access to the Symposium
  • Continental Breakfast, Networking Breaks, and Networking Lunch 
  • Onsite Agenda and Meeting Materials
  • Post-event Speaker Proceedings (if releasable by Speaker)

All meals, breaks and refreshments are included in the Industry, paid Government, Academia and paid JHUAPL Employee registration.

Academia registration is for full-time students or professors at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Adjunct professors or part-time students are not eligible.

Cancellations received by Friday, June 29, 2018 will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Friday, June 29, 2018.
