A block of rooms has been set aside at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center for this conference.

Reservations can be made, modified or canceled by individuals online through the direct reservation on-line reservation link:

Each registrant is responsible for making his/her own hotel reservations. When making your reservation, indicate the room reservation is for the NDIA - 2018 Tactical Wheeled Vehicles Conference.

Individuals may also make their room reservations by calling the Hilton Reservations Department at 1-800-445-8667. Reservations must be made by: Friday, April 6, 2018.

 

After that date, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis.

• Industry - $229.00 Single/Double
• Government* -$226.00 ** Single/Double
  (**prevailing govt. per diem will apply - subject to change)

*This rate is only available to active duty military and civilian government employees; U.S. government issued active duty ID cards and travel orders are required upon check-in. Failure to present these credentials will result in being charged the prevailing hotel rack rate.
