Cancellations & Substitutions

Cancellations received by April 21, 2017 will receive a full refund.  No cancellations will be given after April 21, 2017.  Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations.  Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to Carol Dwyer at cdwyer@ndia.org.
