The NDIA Health Affairs Division is honored to present Mr. Robert L. Goodman, Chief of Staff, Office of the Surgeon General and U.S. Army Medical Command as our February speaker. In this capacity, Mr. Goodman is responsible for executive leadership, oversight and management of the unified OTSG/MEDCOM staff located in two geographically dispersed states (Virginia and Texas), in support of the OTSG/MEDCOM mission to provide responsive and reliable health services and to influence Health to improve readiness, save lives and advance wellness in support of the Force, Military Families and all those entrusted to Army medical care.
