ATTIRE
Appropriate dress for the symposium is business for civilians, uniform of the day for military and service A for military speakers. Appropriate dress for the Awards Dinner is business. 

ID BADGE
During registration each attendee will be issued a conference badge that must be worn during the event. Please be prepared to present a valid picture I.D.

TRANSPORTATION & PARKING
Shuttle Service: Complimentary shuttle service is available to and from the Crystal City Metro and Reagan National Airport daily. The shuttle leaves the hotel for the Metro every 30 minutes and for Reagan National Airport every 20 minutes.

Metro: If you don't take the shuttle, the Crystal City Metro (Yellow and Blue lines) is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and located on the corner of 18th Street and S. Bell Street. 

Taxis: From Dulles Airport (IAD), the cost is approximately $40 to $45. From Baltimore Washington Airport (BWI), the cost is approximately $65 to $70.

Amtrak: A taxi to or from Union Station is approximately $17 to $20.

HARASSMENT POLICY
NDIA is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological and verbal harassment. NDIA will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NDIA conferences, meetings and events. Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds for revoking access to the NDIA event.
