REGISTRATION
The Registration fee covers access to keynote sessions, technical sessions, exhibit hall, continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches, and receptions.

ONLINE REGISTRATION
Please register with a complete and accurate email address. Registrations will be verified by email address, should you register incorrectly you will be contacted and a balance due might be incurred. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.

Online registration will close Monday, July 30, 2018. We will have onsite registration at the following times:

  • Tuesday, August 7: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
  • Wednesday, August 8: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Thursday, August 9: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm

Registration for the Training Workshops will be open on Monday, August 6 from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm

Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to rdespot@ndia.org. Cancellations for full conference registration categories received on or before July 27, 2018, will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for this event after July 27, 2018. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, they will be invoiced for payment. 

Substitutions for this event are always welcome in lieu of cancellations!
