The Registration fee covers general sessions, breakout sessions, continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches, and receptions.
Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.
Online registration will close Wednesday, May 9, 2018. We will have onsite registration at the following times:
- Tuesday, May 15: 4:00 – 6:00 pm
- Wednesday, May 16: 7:00 am – 5:20 pm
- Thursday, May 17: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm

Academia registration is for full-time students or professors at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Adjunct professors or part-time students are not eligible.
You must register using a valid Government Employee or Military email address. This is required at time of registration. Please bring your Government Employee or Military ID with you for check-in at the event.

Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations for full conference registration categories received by April 30, 2018, will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for this event after April 30, 2018. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, they will be invoiced for payment.
Substitutions for this event are always welcome in lieu of cancellations!
