Reservations can be made, modified or canceled by individuals online through the direct reservation on-line reservation link:

Each registrant is responsible for making his/her own hotel reservations. When making your reservation, indicate the room reservation is for the NDIA - 2017 Tactical Wheeled Vehicles Conference.

Individuals August also make their room reservations by calling the Hyatt Reservations Department at 1-888-421-1442 to make reservations. Reservations must be made by: Monday, April 24, 2017.

 

After that date, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis.

Room Rates:

  • Industry - $241.00 Single/Double
  • Government* -$226.00 ** Single/Double
    (**prevailing govt. per diem will apply - subject to change)

*This rate is only available to active duty military and civilian government employees; U.S. government issued active duty ID cards and travel orders are required upon check-in. Failure to present these credentials will result in being charged the prevailing hotel rack rate.

 

Reservation Cut-off date: Monday, April 24, 2017.

 

Tax:

All room rates are subject to applicable taxes. Sales and Occupancy tax are each 6% for a total of 12%.
