Please register with a complete and accurate e-mail address. You will receive an e-mailed confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.

Please register with the correct form of payment. A $25 fee will be applied to those wishing to switch forms of payment.

Refund requests must be made in writing by February 23, 2017 to lbleich@ndia.org. There is a $75 cancellation fee. Substitutions welcome in lieu of cancellations! Contact lbleich@ndia.org.
