Bio
Stephanie Halcrow is a Senior Fellow for Defense Industrial Base Health and Resiliency at the National Defense Industrial Association. She recently served as a Professional Staff Member on the House Armed Services Committee (HASC) where she led efforts to develop, position, and implement the HASC Ranking Member’s reform strategies into tangible legislative solutions, garner bipartisan and bicameral support as well as solicit industry and federal government input. Stephanie brings to NDIA her keen vision and ability to aligning priorities and resources across an organization to champion policies to improve the health and resiliency of the defense industrial base to include manufacturing, sustainment, security, workforce, procurement, and financial audit activities. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Air Force Academy in computer science and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Naval Postgraduate School.
