46^th Air Armament Symposium –Sponsored by NDIA Gulf Coast Chapter 

The NDIA Gulf Coast Chapter’s VIRTUAL Air Armament Symposium has been moved to October 27, 2020. This event will provide a forum of exchange for senior DoD officials, military and industry leadership to identify and share opportunities for the Department of Defense's Armament Innovation and will foster a discussion on current and planned armament development and modernization.

 Brigadier General Heath Collins, AF PEO Weapons and Armament Directorate, will join us to give his perspective on "Accelerating Weapons Acquisition via Digital Transformation".

 Panel 1: "Perspectives on Accelerating Acquisition" will include Lt Gen Shaun Morris, Commander AFLCMC, and Maj Gen Cameron Holt, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Contracting, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics

 Panel 2:  Team Eglin-"Weapons Digital Enterprise"  with Brig Gen Collins, Brig. Gen. Scott A. Cain, 96th TW/CC, Air Force Materiel Command, Col Garry A. Haase Commander/Director for the Munitions Directorate, Air Force Research Laboratory

 Other topics will include an Industry Panel discussing "Digital Transformation"; PTC Company will discuss "Digital Engineering"; and a Warfighter Panel with Col Jon S. Wheeler Jr, 33rd FW/CC, Col. R. Ryan Messer, 53rd WG/CC, and representatives from Air Combat Command, and Air Force Global Strike Command are expected to join the discussion.
