Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to Meredith Mangas at mmangas@NDIA.org. Cancellations for individual tickets received on or before October 4, 2019, will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after October 4, 2019. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, they will be invoiced for payment. 

No refunds will be given for any group table cancellations. 

Substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellations.
