This event is classified at the Secret U.S. Level. All attendees must be U.S. Citizens holding a secret clearance or higher. 

Please review the Security Clearance Information before registering.

For Department of Navy attendees, you do have to receive SECNAV approval to attend.  

Online registration is closed. 

Onsite registration will be open at the following times.  However, you must have submitted your clearance information prior to onsite registration.

Academia
Academia registration is for full-time students or professors at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Adjunct professors or part-time students are not eligible.

Contractors do not qualify for Government registration and must register as Industry. A valid government or military employee email is required at time of registration and employee ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Non-US or Allied Governments may attend under government registration.

Cancellation Policy
All refund, cancellation, and substitution requests must be submitted in writing no later than August 17, 2018 to NDIA, attn: Carol Dwyer via email to cdwyer@ndia.org. There is a $75 cancellation fee for all cancellation requests. NO refunds will be made for cancellations received after August 17, 2018. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, he/she will be invoiced for payment. We do not issue refunds for the sole purpose of switching forms of payment; please ensure you register with the correct form of payment. This cancellation policy applies to all attendees, regardless of the method of registration or reason for cancellation.

Substitution Policy
We welcome and encourage substitutions! If substituting for someone, notify NDIA in writing at cdwyer@ndia.org if payment is to be refunded to the original registrant or transferred to cover the substitute registration fee. A registration form must be completed for the new attendee.

NDIA is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological and verbal harassment. NDIA will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation.  This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NDIA conferences, meetings and events.   Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds for revoking access to the NDIA event.
