There are 2 steps to registration for the Multinational Conference. The first is registration through this NDIA website by selecting the "Individual Register" button above. The second step is to complete and return the appropriate security form listed below to MDA/SCO no later than October 22 2018.
Physical Security Guidelines
Access to the controlled unclassified sessions on Thursday and Friday will be controlled by security personnel based upon approved VAR, security clearance certification rosters, and completed (paid) conference registration.
Delegates will not be allowed to bring electronic equipment of any kind into the conference area (e.g., portable telephones, pagers, computers, e-readers, digital assistants, organizers, dictionaries, recording devices, cameras, smart watches, fit-bands, any other device that may capture sound/pictures and/ or with wi-fi capability regardless of on/off state). A prohibited item check will be available for the aforementioned items.
Luggage and other baggage items will not be allowed. All handbags and personal possessions will be inspected upon entry into the conference area, or as required. Note taking will not be permitted in or around the conference site during the controlled unclassified sessions. Books, magazines, flyers, brochures, and other paper products will not be allowed into the controlled conference area. Security spot checks may be made at any time. These items will not be secured in the prohibited items check area.

All fees are listed in U.S. Dollars. Cancellations must be sent in writing to email@example.com. $100 cancellation fee will apply for requests received by 10 October 2018. No refunds for cancellations received after 10 October 2018. Substitutions welcome in lieu of cancellations. Substitution requests must also be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org .
