The Registration fee covers the entire day of this workshop, including panel sessions, continental breakfast, breaks, lunch, and the evening reception.

Academia registration is for full-time students or professors at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Adjunct professors or part-time students are not eligible.
You must register using a valid Government Employee or Military email address. This is required at time of registration. Please bring your Government Employee or Military ID with you for check-in at the event. *Contractors do not qualify for government registration and must register as Industry.

Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to email@example.com. Cancellations for full conference registration categories received on or before September 25, 2018, will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for this event after September 25, 2018. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, they will be invoiced for payment.
Substitutions for this event are always welcome in lieu of cancellations!
