8:00 AM: Introduction:  Mr. Joe Lissenden, President, NDIA Washington, DC Chapter

8:10 AM:  Keynote Speaker: Congresswoman Barbara Comstock (R-VA) (Confirmed) has been active in seeking a business environment conducive to growth for all businesses, but specifically in
the national security space.  The congresswoman will share where she feels are the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead for small businesses in a Trump Administration.

9:00 AM: Networking Break - One Hour

10:00 AM: Executive Branch Perspective:  Ms. Lida McMahon, Administrator of the Small Business Administration (SBA) (INVITED) has been asked to share her vision for what business                  environment she is seeking to foster and share how she sees this playing out over the next few congressional cycles.

11:00 AM: Mr. Kevin Boshears, Director, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, Department of Homeland Security, Small Business Programs (INVITED)  
Changes Homeland Security has made to Small Business.  He has enacted many of the changes at the DHS that are coming to the DoD and will share the intent of the changes, timelines and challenges.

11:30 AM–12:30 PM: Government Implementation Panel 

The following Government small business representatives have been asked to provide their perspective on ease and challenges of implementing the changes proffered in NDAA 2017/’18 and their thoughts on opportunities and procurement over the next 5 years.
