Revoked: EO on Combating Race and Sex Stereotyping
Last night, President Biden revoked Executive Order 13950 of September 22, 2020 (Combating Race and Sex Stereotyping). Heads of agencies will have 60 days to review actions related to EO 13950. Earlier this month, Defense Pricing and Contracting (DPC) issued a Class Deviation which made Sections 4 and 5 of the EO inoperable until further notice. The Class Deviation was in response to a December 2020 court order from the U.S. District Court of Northern California which enjoined Sections 4 and 5 of EO 13950.
