Corporate Membership

Knowledge. Visibility. Contacts.

At NDIA, we know the defense industry is as diverse as the needs of our warfighters. Whether you're a small business, University, or multinational corporation, you have a home at NDIA.

Our Corporate membership has been expanded to better reflect those diverse needs and now includes Industry, Industry Partner, and Academic categories.

Industry Corporate Members are U.S.-registered organizations, including primes and sub-contractors, providing goods and services to the Department of Defense (DoD).

Industry

Industry Corporate Members are U.S.-registered organizations, including primes and sub-contractors, providing goods and services to the Department of Defense (DoD).

Annual membership dues for Industry members will continue to be based on your organization's defense-related revenue (in U.S. Dollars). This revenue includes both prime contracts and subcontracts for products and services for all U.S. federal defense-related agencies, DoD and its combat support agencies.

*(Note: The cap for the maximum dues a firm could pay will increase to $71,750 in 2025. Then to $101,750 in 2026. The cap is eliminated in 2027.)

Industry Partner

Industry Partner Corporate Members are companies such as law firms and consulting firms whose primary customer is not the U.S. DoD  (they are neither primes nor subcontractors) but directly support corporations whose primary customer is the U.S DoD.

For Industry Partner members, Annual membership dues will be based on your organization's number of employees.

$745 — 1-50 employees

$2,950 — 51-500 employees

$4,900 — 500+ employees

$1788 — Organizations with 1-50 employees will also be eligible for a 3-year discounted membership.

Academic

Academic Corporate Membership extends member benefits to institutions of higher learning, organized or otherwise chartered within the U.S., whose primary purpose is education beyond high school including research institutions affiliated with these institutions.

For Academic members, annual membership dues will be based on your institution's DoD-Grant revenue (in U.S. Dollars).

$745 — DoD-Grants & Contracts < $10M

$2,950 — DoD-Grants & Contracts > $10M

$1788 — Organizations with < $10M will also be eligible for a 3-year discounted membership.
