Bio
PatriciaWardis a Principal for Booz Allen Hamilton. In that role, she provides flag- and Congressional-appointee level guidance to leaders across the Defense Department with emphasis on Navy and Information Warfare initiatives. She leads a portion of the Information Warfare East business within the DC Metro Navy Marine Corps market. She retired from the Navy as a Senior Chief Information Technologist, blazing a path for military women during her 20-year career. She also served as the Executive Assistant to the Program Executive Officer for Enterprise Information Systems, handling some of the Navy’s most critical information systems.Wardenthusiastically advocates for women in defense and technology fields, including serving as president of Women In Defense. She earned a B.A. from San Diego State University and a M.S. in Public Policy Leadership from Georgetown University. In addition to her role on the National Council of Women In Defense, she serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the Military Women’s Memorial in Arlington. Her awards include the Athena Pinnacle Leadership Award for Women in Technology, the San Diego Chamber of Commerce Woman of the Year award, and the YWCA “Tribute to Women in Industry” award.
