John is a career veteran of the United States Marine Corps and has held positions of command from platoon through brigade alongside operational staff assignments from the tactical to the strategic level. John possesses extensive experience responding to crises and conducting humanitarian assistance operations around the globe. Most notably, John has demonstrated master negotiation skills that directly contributed to international diplomacy at the highest levels of government. John is currently serving as the Director, Deterrence & Resilience Directorate for Parsons Engineered Systems. In this role, John provides timely support and services to government agencies at home and abroad.

Education
John earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rutgers University and holds a Master of Business Administration from National University as well as a Master of Strategic Studies from the Marine Corps War College.
