REGISTRATION OPENING SRING 2025

The registration fee covers keynote and general sessions and networking opportunities, including continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches, and receptions.

Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.

On the final page of registration, please ensure that you provide any necessary ADA accommodations, dietary restrictions, and review your badge details for accuracy to complete your registration in its entirety.

Group Registration
Online group registration is available and encouraged for organizations registering multiple attendees. This option allows you to register several participants in a single transaction,  making it easier to manage your team’s attendance.

NDIA charges a non-refundable 2.5% Administration and Technology fee on all credit card transactions. To avoid fees, please consider NDIA’s no-cost payment option eCheck. The eCheck payment option is available for all NDIA orders. Virginia is controlling law for all transactions.

Academia
Academia registration is for full-time faculty and staff at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration. Adjunct professors and part-time faculty/staff are not eligible.

CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTIONS

Cancellations received by July 13, 2025, will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.  No refunds will be given for cancellations received after July 14, 2025. Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to Raven Lemay at rlemay@NDIA.org.

HARRASSMENT POLICY 

The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment. NDIA and its affiliates, NTSA and WID, will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NDIA, NTSA, and WID conferences, meetings, and events. Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriately physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds of revoking access to the NDIA, NTSA or WID event.

EVENT CODE OF CONDUCT

NDIA’s Event Code of Conduct applies to all National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women In Defense (WID) meeting-related events, whether in person at public or private facilities, online, or during virtual events. NDIA, NTSA, and WID are committed to providing a productive and welcoming environment for all participants.
