NEW BOOKING PROCESS FOR 2025!
To secure a hotel room at the host hotel, you MUST first register for the conference. The hotel booking link will be in the email confirmation of your conference registration. 
*If you are a Government Speaker that requires a Government Per Diem room, you must email Kimberly Williams at kwilliams@NDIA.org with your credentials and check-in/check-out dates.*

ROOM BLOCK
A room block is being held at the host hotel for our attendees. The cut-off date for the room block is April 21, 2025. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out prior to the deadline. 

ROOM RATES
Industry Rate: $229/night plus discounted $20/night resort fee plus applicable taxes and fees.
Government Rate*: $140/night plus discounted $20/night resort fee plus applicable taxes and fees.

*Please note, this rate is subject to change and the prevailing government per diem rate at the time of the event shall apply. This rate is to be utilized by current government employees and you will be asked to provide credentials at check-in.

PARKING
Valet Parking: $54.00/day
Self-Parking: Discounted for attendees staying at the hotel to $19.00/day
