Sarv Girdhari is the Program Design & Planning Sr. Director at Raytheon, a business of Raytheon Technologies. He leads the Program Design & Planning team responsible for providing all program planning & scheduling needs of the Raytheon organization. This includes program structuring, startup and planning and scheduling expertise to support capture and program execution. He also leads the RTX Program Planning Council with participation from all RTX businesses to help drive planning standards.

In his prior role, Girdhari was responsible for leading a team of SMEs responsible for deployment of an efficient Program startup process and Program Structuring across Raytheon. His team works across the business to help both capture and program teams develop key foundational artifacts for program execution. They then lead cross functional program teams through an efficient program startup.

Girdhari joined Raytheon in 2004 as an Electrical Design Engineer in the Electrical Design Directorate. After transitioning through positions of increasing scope and responsibility, he joined the Program Planning and Scheduling organization in Integrated Defense Systems. Girdhari held lead planning positions on various Air and Missile Defense programs. He was promoted to planning section manager and was responsible for providing planning leadership and staffing to multiple programs and was a member of the Program Planning & Scheduling leadership team.

Girdhari has participated in several leadership initiatives including the Raytheon Leadership Excellence Program, Principles of Program Leadership and the Emerging PM program. He is Raytheon PM level 5 certified.

Girdhari holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from Rutgers University; and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Rhode Island and is a Raytheon Six Sigma/CORE Expert.
