Please be aware this conference has a limited capacity, and registration are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to high demand, we expect the conference to reach its full capacity.
To ensure equitable participation, we request each company to limit their registration to a maximum of 4 attendees.
Please note that adhering to this limit does not guarantee a specific number of registrants for your company. Once the maximum capacity is reached, a waitlist will be initiated. Please note, registrations for USW Committee/Board Members, Sponsors, and Primary Abstract Presenters are not included within this limit.
Abstract/Technical Presenters - The primary presenter will be given the speaker rate and have a spot reserved for them. Additional presenters would need to register as Industry/Academia/Small Business/Government. Additional presenters will be subject to the above quota limits.
The registration fee covers general sessions, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities, including continental breakfasts, breaks, and lunches and the Monday evening networking reception for all attendees.
This event is classified at the SECRET//REL USA, AUS, GBR level.
NDIA charges a non-refundable 2.5% Administration and Technology fee on all creditcard transactions. To avoid fees, please consider NDIA’s no-cost payment option eCheck. The eCheck payment option is available for all NDIA orders. Virginia is controlling law for all transactions.

CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTIONS
You may cancel your registration and receive a partial refund minus the $100 cancellation processing fee if submitted in writing by Friday, February 28, 2025. If cancellation occurs after the cut-off date, no refund will be offered. Substitutions are welcomed in lieu of cancellations. HARRASSMENT POLICY
The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment. NDIA and its affiliates, NTSA and WID, will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation.
