Jeff Chang is a distinguished Lockheed Martin Fellow who has been at the forefront of Supply Chain Risk Management and Supply Chain Illumination. Jeff is currently leading Lockheed Martin's enterprise-wide Supply Chain Illumination/Multi-tier Supply Chain Risk Management technology solution designed to increase Department of Defense (DoD) supply chain resilience and security.

With two decades of experience at Lockheed Martin, Jeff has spearheaded multiple strategic initiatives across diverse technical leadership roles. His extensive 39-year professional journey encompasses Supply Chain Management, Cybersecurity, Management Consulting, Process Optimization, and Systems Engineering. Jeff is a thought leader, author, and a regular speaker in the Defense Industry Base industry.

As a trained Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB), Jeff is also committed to Operational Excellence and driving innovative improvements. Academically, Jeff holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Long Island University and an M.S. in Organizational and Strategic Transformation from the University of Denver.

Outside of work, Jeff lives in the mountains of Colorado where he and his wife enjoy nature and year-round outdoor activities.
