November Cybersecurity Division Meeting
-
11/13/2024 - 11/14/2024
-
Event Type : Committee-Division Meeting
Description
Cyber compliance for federal contractors grows in scope and scale on an almost-daily basis and keeping up with the changes can be challenging and overwhelming. Join the NDIA Cybersecurity Division to hear about the latest on the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC), civil cyber fraud, supply chain security, software assurance and other policy and legal developments. Join colleagues, counterparts and the Division Committees focused on Legal and Policy, Software Assurance, Cybersecurity Standards, and Cybersecurity-Supply Chain Risk Management to hear from policy and decision makers regarding their plans and implementation requirements that the industrial base and contractors will face in the federal public market.
Please note: This meeting will be held under Chatham House rule.
NDIA has a policy of strict compliance with federal and state antitrust laws. The antitrust laws prohibit competitors from engaging in actions that could result in an unreasonable restraint of trade. Consequently, NDIA members must avoid discussing certain topics when they are together – both at formal association membership, board, committee, and other meetings and in informal contacts with other industry members: prices, fees, rates, profit margins, or other terms or conditions of sale (including allowances, credit terms, and warranties); allocation of markets or customers or division of territories; or refusals to deal with or boycotts of suppliers, customers or other third parties, or topics that may lead participants not to deal with a particular supplier, customer or third party.
