The Classified Day, August 18, has reached its capacity. NDIA welcomes you to join us and register for the Unclassified Day taking place on August 17th. 

NDIA is now offering three (3) registration options for the 2023 Space Warfighting Forum (SWF).

1. Full Conference - August 17 – 18: This registration fee covers keynote and general sessions and networking opportunities, including continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches, and receptions. Attendees wishing to attend on Friday, August 18, MUST submit their clearance information ahead of time.  Instructions to submit your security clearance information is forthcoming. 

2. Unclassified Day Only - August 17: This registration fee covers keynote and general sessions and networking opportunities, including continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches, and receptions for Thursday, August 17th only. Attendees purchasing this option will not attend on Friday, August 18th.

3. Classified Day Only - August 18: This registration fee covers keynote and general sessions and networking opportunities, including continental breakfasts, breaks, and lunches for Friday, August 18th only. Attendees wishing to attend the event on Friday, August 18, MUST submit their clearance information ahead of time.  Instructions to submit your security clearance information is forthcoming. 

NDIA SWF Reception Honoring the Space Command Birthday
On Thursday, August 17th, NDIA will host the NDIA SWF Reception Honoring the Space Command Birthday. Entrance to this event is included in both option 1 and 2 (please see above). If you purchase option 3, and would like to attend this reception, please purchase the reception separately when registering (the reception will be an option under Sessions). 
 
Classified Day
Space is limited for the classified portion of the conference. Due to capacities at the classified venue, attendees who 1) have registered for SWF 2023 (option 1 or 3 from above) and 2) have submitted their clearances will be admitted first to the sessions. Once venue capacities have been reached, a waitlist will be formed. If you are waitlisted for the sessions, you will be notified when you are moved OFF the waitlist.

At registration check-in, please be prepared to present the following at security and registration:

  • Government: Government employee ID badge
  • Industry and Academia: Government issued form of ID (driver’s license or passport)

Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.

Attendees wishing to attend Friday's sessions MUST submit their clearance information ahead of time. Instructions to submit your security clearance information can be found on our Security Clearance webpage. 

Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your registration and receive a refund, minus a $100 cancellation processing fee, if submitted in writing by July 29, 2023. If cancellation occurs after the cut-off date, no refund will be offered. Substitutions are welcome and are encouraged. All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to Krystal Heard at kheard@NDIA.org. Refunds will not be given for no shows.

NDIA reserves the exclusive right to modify, postpone/reschedule, or cancel this program for any reason. If there is an event cancellation, every attempt will be made to reschedule, and registration fees will be applied to the rescheduled event date. Any incidental expenses incurred related to a cancelled event cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If a cancelled event cannot be rescheduled, NDIA will determine an equitable basis for the refund or credit of a portion or all of the registration fees, after due consideration of circumstances and expenditures.

HARRASSMENT POLICY 
The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment. NDIA and its affiliates, NTSA and WID, will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NDIA, NTSA, and WID conferences, meetings, and events. Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriately physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds of revoking access to the NDIA, NTSA or WID event.

EVENT CODE OF CONDUCT 
NDIA’s Event Code of Conduct applies to all National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women In Defense (WID) meeting-related events, whether in person at public or private facilities, online, or during virtual events. NDIA, NTSA, and WID are committed to providing a productive and welcoming environment for all participants. PHOTOGRPAHY AND VIDEO RECORDING CONSENT

I understand that NDIA may use photography and video to record, reproduce, and distribute the photos and video recordings of this event (webinar, conference, meeting, etc).  I understand that photos or videos may be taken, and any remarks, questions, and comments that I make will/may be included in any such recording. I hereby give my consent for my name, likeness, image, voice, and appearance (as recorded by video or photography) to be used in marketing and/or video recording by NDIA or its affiliates for any purpose associated with this event(webinar, conference, meeting, etc.).
