Ian is the President and one of the Founders of Dispel, a company that builds moving target defense-based communications systems. Outside of Dispel, Ian is the Vice President of the National Defense Industry Association’s NY-CT Chapter, and a Principal Investigator for Dispel on three projects at the NCCoE.
