Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to Jocelyn Davis at Cancellations for full conference registration categories received before June 13, 2023, will receive a refund minus $75 cancellation for fees over $100, $25 cancellation fee for fees under $100, or $10 cancellation for fees under $50. No refunds will be given for this conference on or after June 13, 2023. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, they will be invoiced for payment.

Substitutions for this conference are always welcome in lieu of cancellations!
