Due to capacity limitations at NDIA's headquarters, this event is limited to 100 in person attendees.
Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.
At registration check-in, please be prepared to present the following at security and registration:
- Government: Government employee ID badge
- Industry and Academia: Government issued form of ID (driver’s license or passport).
Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.

Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to Jocelyn Davis at Jdavis@ndia.org. Cancellations for full conference registration categories received before June 13, 2023, will receive a refund minus $75 cancellation for fees over $100, $25 cancellation fee for fees under $100, or $10 cancellation for fees under $50. No refunds will be given for this conference on or after June 13, 2023. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, they will be invoiced for payment.
Substitutions for this conference are always welcome in lieu of cancellations!
NDIA is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological and verbal harassment.
