Bio

Mr. Ezekiel Marshall currently serves as the Regional Mission Director (RMD), Mid-Atlantic Region Authorizing Official (RAO) for Industrial Security. As the Mid-Atlantic RMD Authorizing Official, he is responsible for approval, oversight, and protection of classified information systems operating within cleared defense contractor facilities under the Industrial Security oversight of eight DCSA Field Offices. He provides leadership and guidance to a regional team of Information Systems Security Professionals (ISSPs), Team Leads (TLs), and Cyber Leads (CLs) that execute the Agency mission of implementing the Risk Management Framework (RMF) standards, conducting security review assessments & Administrative Inquiries (AIs), serving as Command Cyber Readiness Inspection (CCRI) reviewers, and many other security oversight functions.

Mr. Marshall has over 30 years of experience with DoD and Intelligence Community (IC) information systems/cybersecurity concepts, principles, and policies. He began his career with DCSA (formerly DSS) in 2015 serving as an ISSP and ISSP Team Lead out of the Alexandria, Virginia Field Office. His other DoD experience includes serving active duty in the U.S. Army Signal Corp, served as the Director of Communications for a Forward Operating Base (FOB) in Baghdad, Iraq with supporting the DoD base closure initiative, and served as a Cleared Defense Contractor and Army civilian for the Deputy Chief of Staff, Army G-2 Pentagon.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems with concentration in computer security from Strayer University and holds IT certifications of Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA), CompTIA Security +, and CompTIA Network +.
