Karl Scheuerman is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Washington Air National Guard. His 17-year military career has included several years of active duty and overseas deployments. His operational and command experience spans across the intelligence and cyber domains. Outside of his National Guard obligations, Karl is a manager at CrowdStrike, a leading global cyber security company where he leads teams performing intrusion detection and response. He holds multiple IT industry security certifications, a Political Science degree with a minor in Russian from the U.S. Air Force Academy, and a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Maryland, College Park.
