Bio

Dr. Paul L. Hartman is the President of RGBSI Aerospace & Defense. In this capacity, Dr. Hartman is responsible for all RGBSI A&D executive-level client engagement across the United States Federal Government, including the development of Agency-specific engineering and manufacturing portfolio strategies.  Dr. Hartman also serves as the contract Principal Investigator responsible for the design, development, demonstration, and delivery of the Defense Logistic Agency Digital Sustainment Platform – a cloud-based architecture that enables the secure bi-directional exchange of Digital Twin / Digital Thread model-based sustainment artifacts between DoD Services and DLA’s multi-indentured supply chain network.

Dr. Hartman has more than 35 years of professional experience supporting the United States Federal Government, most recently as Director of the US Air Force Center for Operational Analysis where he led a team of more than 100 multi-disciplinary Ph.D. analysts focused on providing quantitatively defensible solutions to some of the United States Federal Government’s most complex issues.  Dr. Hartman’s education includes a B.S. from the University of Maryland, an M.A. from the University of Dayton, an M.S. and Ph.D. from the Air Force Institute of Technology Graduate School of Engineering and Management, and a Certificate in Executive Leadership Development from the University of Notre Dame.  Dr. Hartman’s honorarium includes five United States Department of Defense Meritorious Service Medals and the Department of the Air Force Meritorious Civilian Service Award.
