Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.

As of February 14, the Closed Session venue has reached capacity and registration for these sessions is no longer available. 

Media/Press are only permitted at the open sessions on March 6 and March 7, 2023. 

For U.S. Government/military registrants: if you experience lag in the registration page while on a government-issued computer, disconnect from the VPN or register on a personal machine. 

In accordance with Joint Travel Regulations 0302, U.S. Government travelers are also required to document government-provided meals on their travel voucher.

Attention government card holders: 
NDIA is aware of credit card rejections for government issued Citi card users. Due to restrictions/blocks against card charges for MCC code 8641- Associations, your card may be declined. If you encounter this decline, contact your government card issuer or Citi to notify them of this MCC code card block. Once cleared, you may register online with your card.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to Andrew Peters at apeters@NDIA.org. Cancellations for full conference registration categories received before February 25, 2023, will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for this conference on or after February 25, 2023. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, they will be invoiced for payment.

Substitutions for this conference are always welcome in lieu of cancellations!

HARRASSMENT POLICY
The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment. NDIA’s Event Code of Conduct applies to all National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women In Defense (WID) meeting-related events, whether in person at public or private facilities, online, or during virtual events. NDIA, NTSA, and WID are committed to providing a productive and welcoming environment for all participants.
