Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.

ATTENTION GOVERNMENT CARD HOLDERS:

NDIA is aware of credit card rejections for government issued Citi card users. Due to restrictions/blocks against card charges for MCC code 8641- Associations, your card may be declined. If you encounter this decline, contact your government card issuer or Citi to notify them of this MCC code card block. Once cleared, you may register online with your card.

Guest/Spouse Ticket - Opening Reception, Monday, February 27
Guest reception tickets are an additional fee and are not included in the conference registration fee. The guest tickets are for the receptions only and do not include attendance at any of the other conference functions (continental breakfasts, breaks, lunch, or conference sessions). You must be a registered conference attendee to bring a guest to the receptions.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your registration and receive a refund, minus a $100 cancellation processing fee, if submitted in writing by February 17, 2023. If cancellation occurs after the cut-off date, no refund will be offered. Substitutions are welcome and are encouraged. All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to Maura Deely at mdeely@NDIA.org. Refunds will not be given for no shows.

NDIA reserves the exclusive right to modify, postpone/reschedule, or cancel this program for any reason. If there is an event cancellation, every attempt will be made to reschedule, and registration fees will be applied to the rescheduled event date. Any incidental expenses incurred related to a cancelled event cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If a cancelled event cannot be rescheduled, NDIA will determine an equitable basis for the refund or credit of a portion or all of the registration fees, after due consideration of circumstances and expenditures.


HARRASSMENT POLICY 

The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment. NDIA and its affiliates, NTSA and WID, will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NDIA, NTSA, and WID conferences, meetings, and events. Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriately physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds of revoking access to the NDIA, NTSA or WID event.

NDIA’s Event Code of Conduct applies to all National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women In Defense (WID) meeting-related events, whether in person at public or private facilities, online, or during virtual events.
