Bio

Ms. Kathy Reynolds has been in the military defense industry for more than 35 years. She has been an influential and positive company leader with high level Vice President roles supporting strategic business growth and partnership development.

Kathy has a diversified background of practical hands on “in the trenches” experience combined with many years of core focus on partner relationships, procurement, distribution supply channels, sales, and marketing strategies.

Devoting a major portion of her career with Triman Industries, Inc. with key focus and interactions with OEM’s and manufacturers to align their core competencies of designing and manufacturing military spare products to government agencies and military defense customers in need of these essential products.

With a strong emphasis on development of business growth her roles have had keen focus on military land, sea, and air products for aftermarket ranging from legacy/near obsolescence parts to new and innovative first-time procurement products.

Kathy has a vast and diversified knowledge of the full circle government procurement cycle and marketplace intel discovery enabling her to clearly identify and support the military defense capabilities of the industries manufacturers, ultimately providing support to the end users product fulfillment needs.

Kathy is a lifetime member of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), has been an active board member for the NDIA Delaware Valley Chapter (NDIA-DVC) and currently serves as the Chapter President and Director.
